...today we started to work on the percussion overdubs for all the songs. Kevin has his work cut out for him!! :) It's actually kinda nice to be able to take break from recording and let someone else use their talents. That's what I love about this whole process...everyone has diffrent giftings and each of us are bringing these giftings to the table and creating art....it's an awesome thing to be a part of and something that I can't wait to hear in it's completion.
This sunday we are having about 100 people out to Trillium Lane Studios to record the sounds of people worshiping. I cannot wait to see what these voices sound like with the rest of the music. :)
If you are reading this, please pray for me specifically as I am feeling as though I am getting really sick. My chest hurts and I am starting to get a cough. I am hoping I can kick this soon as we have our vocal parts coming up next.

Father, thank you for allowing us the ability to sing....the ability to play instruments and the oportunity to use these things to bring glory to Your name! Jesus I love You...

....and so begins another week in the studio. This past week was succesfull and we were able to nail out the drum tracks for 98% of the songs. There are just a couple others that guitar is the foundation of the song and so I need to get that done before kevin adds any percussion. This whole "recording" thing is always such a trip to me. I am falling in love with it more and more as I get "ALONE" time at the controls when every one else has left or gone to bed upstairs. I am learning more and more the power of PRO-TOOLS and how much fun it can be to create music. I probably look like a goober though to the veteran or accomplished engineer!

Things are coming together really well. I would ask that if you think about it that ya'll would lift up all of us here concearning our health. There is a nasty little cold-bug going around and we all seem to be affected a bit by it. So if you are reading this right now, would you mind just praying something quickly? We totally appreciate that so much!
God bless you all....

Day 1 in the studio has begun. We arrived at 8:00am this morning and it is now 3:10pm. We are still working on the first song called WE COME. It is a great song of worship and we are excited to share it with everyone. We hope it blesses you! Trillium Lane is just an amazing place. Check this studio out at www.trilliumlane.com. We will be posting some video clips and pictures on the webpage soon. Keep your eyes and ears open for when and where!

Please keep us in prayer during this time. Thanks guys!
